Catherine was born in Kentucky, her family was in Marion County by 1813. (See John Cooper) Rodolphus and Catherine Willoughby were large land owners in what is now Columbia, Mississippi. The Marion General Hospital is located on land once owned by Rodolphus Willoughby. |
