John Foxworth filed a claim for $3420.oo Horses, mule, potatoes, and hogs.
Since he served in the militia, and later as a tax collector, and he was paid for supplies he furnished to the Confederate Army he was declared disloyal to the Union and his claim for reimbursement was denied.
